My triglycerides are going up and my weight down..why?

Sugar intake: Trigflycerides are the most mportant indicator of sugar ingestion. Your weight is going down because you are poorly nourished. Palatability is not the same as good nutrition.

Depends on diet: Weight loss and triglycerides (tg's) are often independent of one another. Often substituting saturated fat for sugar/carbs will stimulate wgt loss, but if there is a genetic predisposition to high tg's this may worsen tg levels. Conversely, for many , low fat diets which often contain increased sugar content, c can raise tg's . Everyone is different. See you doctor.
