See below: Be or attempt normal weight. Exercise daily. Eat a plant based diet - vegetarian is best. Avoid Butter, oil, processed simple carbs and XS alcohol. Olive oil and 6-12 oz of wine per day is okay. Eat fish, bean, veggies, fruits, some bread, rice ,pasta, oatmeal, nuts. Don't smoke. Choose better parents!
