Several options: If there are teeth on either side of the space, it is possible to do a bridge which is permanenly cemented. Implants are possible or a removeable partial denture. It is best to consult your dentist for all your options.

Missing teeth: There are several options for replacing missing teeth. Dental implants are like an artificial tooth roots placed into the jaw allowing the dentist to place a crown on top of it. Removable partial dentures clip onto anchor teeth and can be taken in and out of your mouth. A bridge is cemented ( so not removable )span of crowns on the anchor teeth and replacing the missing teeth. Talk to your dentis.

Four options: First option , a removeable prosthesis. Second option, a fixed prosthesis with natural abutments or anchor teeth. Third option, implant supported prosthesis. Fourth option would be a combination fixed-removeable prosthesis. An evaluation with a professional will help determine what is best for you situation.

Multiple options...: Depending on the condition of other teeth and their bone support, and depending upon the bone in the site of the missing teeth, you may have a partial denture, an implant supported bridge, four implant supported crowns, a natural tooth supported bridge, or possibly a full denture. I would visit your dentist for the best assistance in this selection.

See Prosthodontist: See the specialist about this. Typically you have 2 options: Removable partial denture and implant supported fixed bridge. Implant best and longest lasting, also most expensive. Prosthodontists available in your area. By Design Dental Implant Center in King Of Prussia offers complimentary consult with a 3D scan and panoramic x-ray images. Worth the trip. Good Luck.
