RPD: A removable partial denture, in and of itself is dental work. You will also need to treat any periodontal problems and cavities. Hopeless teeth will also need extraction. It's a comprehensive process.. Can't build a house on a poor foundation.

Yes. A removable partial denture nis dental work. It must be designed and fitted by ba Dentist. But before this can happen the adjacent teeth gums, and bone have to be deemed health enough to support the prosthesis. Please see a Dentist for appropriate care.
