A member asked:

Can the symptoms of mono come back after 3 months of the diagnosis?

Yes: Mono is caused by the ebv virus, which stays with a person forever after he catches it. In some people, once in a while, the virus reproduces again and starts to cause some symptoms. However, other illnesses also cause symptoms similar to those of mono, so a doctor should evaluate to look for other illnesses, too.
