Depends: The average young adult will be symptomatic for 2-3 wks and rarely 2-3 months. I would not advise a marathon run at this point but if f you feel well enough and you gradually build up your activities to match your stamina you should be fine.Remember to plan for 8-10 hours of sleep during this build up period. Failure to get enough sleep will set you back.
