What happens if the coronary artery is blocked for a few seconds?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Heart Attack: Blockage of a coronary artery is a heart attack. If the blockage is relieved within seconds, damage can be avoided. The symptoms would be the same as any heart attack--ranging from none to severe chest pain, shortness of breath, etc.
