Yes: However: it is NOT a screening tool and should NOT be done in young, asymptomatic, healthy individual. Ask your statistician friends who will tell you that the accuracy of ANY test depends on the prevalence of the disease in the population you are studying and the pre- test chance of the disease in the individual being tested. Long answer to tell you that it is NOT first test that comes to mind
