Go to ED please: Unless you provoked the dog and you know who owns it or know its vaccination history, you are at risk not only in getting a skin infection such as cellulitis, you are also at risk for a necrotizing fasciitis , rabies, tetanus. You will require a thorough work up while your local authorities search for then and it's own.
