Meralgia paresthetic: A correct answer would require a lot more history about you and how long you have been suffering this problem. The area you describe might or might not be "meralgia paresthetica", caused by pinching the nerve that flows under the groin tendon. It is compressed during pregancy (and in men with big bellies). Treatment is first decreasing the size of the belly--which you have done! congratulations!
