Yo have a point: How ever the t. Surgeon may have other evidence , like evidence f previous infection, no change from previous films, etc. If you want get a second opinion, have a ct guided fna cytology done which is low risk out patient procedure, if it is ok then for sure it is not malignant. And will have peace of mind.
