Are you physically: Fit? A heart rate of 50 may be a good thing if you are a well conditioned athlete, if so, there is no risk in flying. If the heart rate is low due to some cardiac disorder, it would be prudent to consult your doctor as an evaluation may require, taking history, physical examination, ECG and perhaps other tests.
