Discuss with Gyn: If gynecologist believes hysterectomy is the best option, then it may be. At 29 years old a second gynecology consultation may shed more light on this condition. It would be a choice between living a life in pain while on powerful narcotics versus a surgical procedure which may provide a cure. Good luck.

Probably: If you have completed your family a hysterectomy with removal of the tube and ovaries would offer about a 95% chance of being pain free and would eliminate your need for the narcotics.
