My right ovary is enlarged and they said i have lesion on it. what does this mean they just told me follow up in 6 weeks. i'm scared!?

Ovarian "lesion": I could speculate as to what the "lesion" on your ovary might be, but it would not definitively answer your question. The most common "lesion" is an ovarian cyst, but please keep your follow up appointment for obtaining more accurate information from your MD.
