Ovarian cyst: With septae , with a size of 6 cm across needs to be evaluated by your gayneacologist.Cysts could be benign and malignant cystic conditions .Benign cysts- hyperstimulation syndrome from clomiphene, endometriosis-ovary , pid causing tuboovarian swellings are there. Benign tumours with thin septae like in serous & mucinous cysadenoma can occur.Ovarian ca's including teratoma/dermoid cyst to be r/o.
