Avoid five S's: Avoid the following: 1. Sweets. 2. Snacks (chips, nuts, crackers, cheese, peanut butter). 3. Sipping with food (tends to liquify the food allowing you to eat more). 4. Sliders (soups, yogurt, etc go through easily. Focus on solid food that fills the sleeve. 5. Stress often drives you to eat comfort foods. Finally, eat lots of veggies.
