Psychosomatic: You're having a psychosomatic symptom. These are not rare. I suggest you try some relaxation techniques: warm bath or shower, meditation, yoga, getting into a good book, tv show, or video. Try chewing some gum when it happens. Avoid caffeine. Listen to relaxing music - maybe classical? Or jazz? This will pass in time.
