Sure: It is possible to have the baby tooth removed and a dental implant. However there has to be enough space and bone available for the dental inplant. Sometimes you may need braces to create enough space for the dental implant.

Yes but...: I would suggest extracting the baby tooth, then if the permanent tooth is out of line or crooked get braces to repair your smile, especially if the permanent tooth is healthy and cavity free.

Maybe a veneer,: I agree with the previous answer but I have a question for you. Are you sure it is a baby tooth? It is not uncommon if the permanent tooth between the canine and front tooth is very small, called a peg lateral incisor. If the spacing between the teeth is right you could possibly have some cosmetic bonding or a veneer. If it is indeed a baby tooth and your adult tooth never formed , implant.

Dont pull permanent : This happens on occasion. If the permanent canine is healthy then have the primary tooth removed. Many times the permanent tooth will move into the correct spot on its own. If not some as simple as invisalign or braces can push it into a better position. It would cost as much for an implant to replace the tooth as it would to have braces to keep all your own teeth

Not best way: Dentists work assiduously to preserve your natural dentition intact, well aligned, and in optimum function. Straightening is preferable to reshaping or replacing. Talk to both general Dentist and Orthodontic Specialist about solutions available to you. Sometimes straightening required before restorations.

Contact DDS: Speak with your dentist and have a possible referral to an orthodontist. If the adult tooth is viable and in place, the primary tooth can be removed. If the adult tooth is in a malposition or impacted, an orthodontist in combination with an oral surgeon will decide if it makes sense to retain this tooth. Need a clinical and radiographic examination in addition to an occusal analysis by your DDS/

Needs evaluation: Always better to have your own teeth than titanium replacements. Make an appointment for an orthodontic consultation.

It is possible, but: it would be best if you visited a dentist for clinical evaluation and x-rays in order to find out the correct diagnosis and treatment plan for your individual needs.
