If i got my baby tooth removed , could the impacted canine tooth fall down in its own?

Possibly: But at 43 years old, that canine should have erupted some 30+ years ago. Your best bet is to consult with a local dentist or orthodontist. With radiographs, they will be better able to determine the best course of treatment.

Unlikely: Possible but unlikely at your age. Sometimes the tooth can be pulled into the arch with a cemented bracket. You'd need orthodontic and oral surgery for that procedure.
