Usually yes: A person with raynaud's disease has vasospasm but no identifiable cause (meaning there is no other problem, such as an autoimmune disorder, causing vasospasm). He can donate blood unless he has some other reason for not being able to donate. His raynaud's disease is not contagious. However, if tourniquets or BP cuffs around the arm have triggered symptoms in the past, he should not donate blood.
