Beta blockers: Beta blockers do not improve blood flow as their mechanism of action on the circulation is slowing the heart rate and reducing the force of heart muscle contraction. They actually cause constriction of the arteries in the finger tips and toes and thus would aggravate Raynauds syndrome which is a vasoconstriction effect on fingers.
