Yes: That is very common. Many man and women feel sad, or embarrassed or even ashamed. There is no reason to be. >15% or all couples have infertility. And both the man and woman play a role. To be honest, unexplained infertility usually is a result of lack of fertilization, poor egg quality, or even abnormal egg genetics and is much less commonly related to the sperm.
