A member asked:

What is the probability of a woman older than 50 to get pregnant naturally without infertility treatments?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

About zero: Hi. Not all women over 50 have gone through menopause yet. If this woman over 50 is not yet menopausal and still ovulating, she could get pregnant. Why she would want to at that age is beyond anyone's guess, and it would be a high risk pregnancy for her and the fetus. Of course, if she IS menopausal, like statistically most women over 50 are, then there is zero chance of pregnancy.
