How long does it take a penicillan shot to take effect n relieve pain from a sinus infection. tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibprofen isnt relieving pain?

Not the usual Rx: Penicillin does not relieve pain; it treats infection. But penicillin alone is not a very effective treatment for sinus infection, the most important treatment for sinusitis is a decongestant, and it doesn't sound like you're taking one.
