I've had a fever for over 48hours and am taking tylenol (acetaminophen). i was diagnosed with sinus infection from a cold, and have been taking a zpak. any advice?

Sinus Infection: I don't know how high your fever is. Is there certainty that this is a bacterial infection vice a viral infection? Hydrate well. Rest. Advise your physician of your status.
