2 days of headache,spasms in scalp, neck and trapezius tightness. took 3 tylenol (acetaminophen) and 800 mg of ibuprofen no relief. what is it, how to relieve pain?

Possible jaw muscle: the head and neck work together and the teeth determine the pattern of function for the jaw muscles. if the teeth are not in a harmonious relationship,this causes problems. see a dentist that understands "occlusion"( the way that the teeth come together). Then they may refer you for some physical therapy and/or chiropractic treatment.
