Yes: I doubt having the facial would have caused the pain you are experiencing. Just to be sure, i'd call the surgeon to make sure the bone graft is ok. If you have swelling, redness, and puss associated with the pain, i suspect there is a problem. It also depends on what type of bone graft and how involved the graft was. Call your surgeon and i guarantee they will want to see you. Keep smiling !
