There are none: Healthy implies goodness. However there are bad things that can happen if you consume too much of any healthy food. Another issue is defining "healthy". Many consider low fat foods to be healthy. Most low fat items make up for lack of taste with added sugar. This would reduce the health value of the food and leave the consumer with the idea that they are being healthy.
