While ibuprofen is specifically dangerous in the third trimester, it is problematic in early pregnancy too, and you should stop taking it, especially as much as you are taking. Oddly enough, opiates like codeine are safest for pain in early pregnancy as long as just occasionally and not after 25 weeks.

Please make sure you are seeing a specialist Oral Surgeon. Your Oral Surgeon and OB should be communicating with each other. The pain may be from dental infection causing inflammation. Talk to the Oral Surgeon anbout 1. Antibiotic not reduce infection, 2. Adjusting your analgesic, 3. dealing with inflammation, 4. Why the wait until "next m month"
