Sincee i have cancer, is there a chance i could get it in my lungs also since i have clots in the lungs now? i am so afraid! thank you for any info.

Depends on...: It depends on the type on cancer, how far along it is, how the treatment is going, etc... Some cancers can spread to the lungs, but some cancers are not likely spread to the lungs. One's cancer doctor can talk more about this, because it depends on the details of the individual patient.

Unknown: There are too many variables with the information given. What type of cancer do you have? How did you get clots in your lung? Are you a smokier? The best answers need adequate information to start with.

It depends on: So many things, and it is best to speak with your oncologist. I agree with the other physicians from that standpoint. I also wanted to say that I am sorry you have to go through this and it is causing fear and anxiety, and understandably so. Ask oncologist also about someone to talk to, including support groups who may be able to help a lot with the fear and anxiety. Best wishes.
