Blood Clot : Very high chances. In addition one can get heart attack, peripheral vascular disease and stroke from smoking.

High: Almost all emphysema is smoking related. >80% of lung cancers dvt and pulmonary embolism are related but have other issues frequently surgery trauma obesity coagulopathies sedentary etc.
