Get evaluated: If you know you have a splenic artery aneurysm from prior imaging and doc visits, and you are now in new pain then go to er. If you splenic artery aneurysm is leaking or ruptured, your pain is coming from internal bleeding. You need an urgent angiogram and coil of the aneurysm, or surgery for ligation, splenectomy. Don't wait.
