How would a balanced person feel on depakote ? can the effectiveness of a mood stabilizer confirm/prove that someone has cyclothymia ?

May have side effect: Possibly drowsiness, edema. A decrease in mood swings & irritability with a mood stabilizer would support the DX but wouldn't by itself be conclusive.
