See your doctor: Whenever you take a drug with psychoactive properties, like depakote, mood swings and other emotional side effects are a possibility. If the symptoms are too much for you to handle stop taking the medication and call your doctor, otherwise just tell him your concern at your next visit.

See your doctor: Depakote is frequently used as a prophylactic agent for migraine, cluster and chronic daily headaches. It is not generally considered a first-line agent because of its side effect profile. See your doctor for medication adjustment.
