Endometriosis: Most likely there is something significant happening. The likely explanation is severe endometriosis. The problem is the longer you wait for treatment, the worse the prognosis. Your ovaries can age very quickly if this is happening and the last thing you want is to find yourself very young without the possibility of having children. I would highly suggest seeing a fertility specialist.

Get help: You should have been pregnant a long time ago, so the pain is probably related to the infertility. The likely causes are previous infection (pid) or endometriosis. Even without insurance, you may be able to get some testing and treatment for reasonable costs. Check with resolve.Org for options. Best wishes.
