My b6 levels were tested twice. i take no supplements/don't eat many veggies. my b6 was 246 where the avg range is 2.1 to 21.7 . who do i see next?

Check the units: Vitamin b6 toxicity doesn't occur unless a person is taking too many b6 supplements. If lab values look wrong, one can double check the units of measurement, and maybe do the test again but at a different lab (be sure the sample is going to a different "send out" lab if the sample is being sent out to a specialty lab).
