Yes: Vitamin b6 at low doses may help neuropathy. Do not take high doses however as this can be toxic.

Get it from food: All people need vitamin b6 but most get it from food and so should you. It is present in many green vegetables. Eat well and you don't need to take it in pill form. See this site for good natural sources. http://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/vitaminb6-healthprofessional/.
