What could occur to my eye if i put polymyxin b/tmp eye drops in my eye?

Not too much...: This antibiotic drop is designed to kill certain bacteria. Like any medication, you want to make sure you don't have an allergic reaction. Using this drop when not guided by a doctor could lead to antibiotic resistance of the bacteria that normally colonize your eye.
