Sure, no problem: Drops are ok to be cooled and they may feel more comfortable when applied to the ocular surface. Maxitrol (dexamethasone neomycin and polymyxin) is a combination of antibiotic and steroid medications so don't take too frequently or too long because there are potential side effects.
