Prometrium (micronized progesterone): Prometrium (micronized progesterone) (progesterone) is used to bring back periods in women who have stopped having them. It doesn't always work as expected 100% of the time, so sometimes you may not get a period with it, and sometimes your period may be delayed. But the expectation is that while you are on it or close to finishing that you will start your period.
