Yes-spotting : Menstrual irregularity and menstrual flow changes are common with use of prometrium (micronized progesterone). Some other side effects may include spotting, breakthrough bleeding, breast tenderness, nausea/vomiting and even mild headaches. Keep your appointment with your physician for monitoring.
