Colitis: Diarrhea with cramping lower abdominal pain suggests some inflammation of the large bowel (colon). You should be seen be a gastroenterologist (gi doctor) who will examine you, run tests, and may perform a colonoscopy. This, without a pun, should get to the bottom of things.
