I had a anxiety attack a couple days ago. i've been very stressed lately. now, my lower stomach feels a bit hard, my back hurts and i have gas. my symptoms are caused by my emotions? or do i have something else?

The symptoms described are probably associated with the anxiety/stress one is experiencing. Talking things over with a trusted Adult/Mentor or even a Counsellor can help. There may also be Church/Community base resources to help. Otherwise see the PCP and let him/her manage the problems or link one up with other resources.
