Although it is very possible that this may resolve on its own with time, you really should see a specialist such as an opthlamic plastic surgeon or a plastic surgeon with a great deal of experience dealing with the eye. Ectropion: It sounds like you have cicatricial ectropion, which means scar tissue is pulling down your lower eyelid. Go back to your surgeon to have it addressed.
