NSAIDs are okay: Ibuprofen is in the NSAID family; one action is to reduce production of prostaglandins/prostacyclins (pg.) these pg cause constriction and/or relaxing of blood vessels, which is how nsaids can work by correcting prostaglandin imbalances and causing vasoconstriction (less bleeding.) no, it doesn't thin your lining unnaturally, and you can try conceiving anytime afterwards.
