Back Pain: Back pain is very common. Lying on your stomach relieving your pain essentially eliminates arthritis of the facet joints and stress fractures as the source. Coming and going is a good sign. Recommend a neutral spine core stabilization program with "mcgill" exercises. There are videos on youtube.
