Why do the right of my stomach feel like it burning when i lay down on my back but it stop when i lift up my shirt and wanting to know if the shirt might be the problem for example like it might be tight which tigger it or what cause it ?

Burning sensation: If there's no rash, it appears that the superficial nerves in that area are irritable and/or slightly inflamed. Watch for a rash which may indicate shingles which would be treated by a physician or dermatologist. If no rash and burning sensation persists, consult a neurologist for evaluation for multiple sclerosis especially if other neurological symptoms develop.Hopefully your symptom will clear.
