Not simple: Weight loss comes from dietary changes while muscle shape comes from exercise. Body fat will decrease with avoiding high fat foods. Discuss this with your doctor and see if she recommends a trainer or if she does weight loss at her clinic. It really helps to be followed regularly to keep up with your progress and help you get through plateaus. Hope you enjoy success.
