Many!: Many sporting activities exist, but you need to enjoy your exercise. Second, you must have the time to exercise. Starting your exercise is baby-schedule-work dependent. The are several very good video work-outs avaiable. Hand weights are very useful for resistance, and walking, running, biking are quick and easy. Drink plenty of water. Start slow.
