Caffeine before a work out is extra stimulation to the body that is not beneficial to anyone. The body has snatural stimulation when exercising. I have seen people who develop arrhythmia after taking caffeine supplements See a doctor in person
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
