Hello, i had treatment when i was like 7 years old for an arrhythmia. after 2 years i had my treatment taken away and doctors said i was fine. my question is taking 100 mg caffeine in a pre workout supplement dangerous?

Caffeine before a work out is extra stimulation to the body that is not beneficial to anyone. The body has snatural stimulation when exercising. I have seen people who develop arrhythmia after taking caffeine supplements See a doctor in person
